Sale people needed for a new Premium Ice Cream store (Orlando FL)

Are you passionate about spreading joy through the sweetest treats? Do you have a knack for creating smiles with every scoop? If so, we want YOU to be a part of our cool and friendly team.
We will be opening a new premium Ice Cream store in Orlando, and we are seeking to hire energetic and outgoing salespeople for our team both part-time and full-time.
No experience necessary / we will fully train in-house.
Successful candidates are: - Very friendly personality - Have good communication skills - Anyone with a great and positive attitude - Ability to follow rules and instructions - Likable with a smile and great attitude Ability to grow with our company: - Ability to become assistant of manager with great benefits - Ability to grow with our success together as a family - Short-term (1 year)- Ability to become a store manager.
- Long-term (2-4 years) Ability to become a regional manager, managing multiple stores - Scoop your way up the career ladder with opportunities for advancement and skill development.

Compensation: - Competitive pay and flexible scheduling - This will be a either 1099 or W2 position.
