This was a unit that was installed to work with our heater/furnace (which was gas).
Our Gas furnace went out recently, and they wanted too much to repair it, so we ended up replacing the whole system with electric.
That being the case, this A/C unit is not very old at all, and as you can tell, the coils are in excellent condition.
The unit was removed by a professional, and it is perfect for resale.
