Contact Center Manager (Orlando)

Contact Center Manager Holidays Network Group is a privately held Marketing and Sales company with 2 sales centers, one in Orlando and the other in Miami.
Our marketing office is in Orlando.
We do all types of marketing from face to face, affiliate, packages sales and member incentive.
We have been building our data bases for 8 years and have yet to tap in to its full potential.
With that, we are looking for a motivated, creative and experienced telemarketing leader.
The telemarketing leader would oversee all of our current telemarketing efforts in North America, and would be provided a generous budget to continue building.
We have the appetite to take on more and invest where needed.
Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a dialing schedule for all our leads types • Build a team of 8-10 staff members • Be involved in creative for affiliate marketing & lead generation • Uphold company policies and standards • Manage a spiff account • Create a reward/award system for team member • Achieve monthly budgets Requirements & Skills • Must have Call Center Supervisor Experience • Timeshare and Vacation Club Experience • English/Spanish is a plus • Must be computer literate • Have experience in team building • Have a strong ability to train Target Income: $70K Annually with the ability to make more through bonuses Medical/Dental/Vision 401K Executive Benefits Website: holidaysnetworkgroup.
