Telemarketing Sales Representative Location: Orlando, Florida Holiday Networks Group We are looking for “Rockstar” telemarketing sales representatives with a proven track record to start immediately to contribute to generating sales for our company.
You will be responsible for closing package deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities: - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts - Answer questions about products or the company - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales - Enter and update customer information in the database - Take and process packages in a timely and accurate manner - Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation - Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Requirements: - Proven experience as a telemarketing sales representative -Timeshare, Point System or Vacation package experience required - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficient in English and Spanish a plus - Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints - Persistent and results-oriented - Patient and able to handle customer rejection - Outbound and Call Calling experience preferred High school diploma: BSc/Ba is a plus Benefits: - $15 an hour with a very generous Bonus structure - Health Coverage Dental/Medical/Vision - PTO
