JOB PURPOSE The Inside Sales Representative position is primarily responsible for following up on leads who engaged with our advertisements to convert them into customers.
You will also reach out to prior clients to obtain additional accounts monthly.
RESPONSIBILITIES Daily calls on the leads provided from the different sources and funnels 100 + Calls, emails, and use various communication forms Convert leads into customers Track and report on all leads within the pipeline Experience and Competencies: Computer Proficient Fluent in English Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains the reasoning for decisions.
Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence.
Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; sets goals and objectives; organize or schedule other people and their tasks.
This is full-time Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
