Guest Services Representative $15 p/hour Apply in person Fixed Work Schedule: Off Every Tuesday Off Every Sunday Monday - 9am to 6pm Wednesday - 9am to 6pm Thursday - 9am to 6pm Friday - 9am to 6pm Saturday - 9am to 2pm Apply in person Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm at Staymore Kissimmee 2407 W Vine St Kissimmee, FL 34741 Position Summary: The Guest Services Representative will assist the guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front office related functions.
The Guest Services Representative will cover all aspects of the front office when Manager is not present.
Position Responsibilities: • Represent hotel in a professional and courteous manner; check guests in and out in a timely and efficient manner • Ensures all calls are taken correctly and courteously • Must be proficient in computers and Apple OS • Deal with guest in a professional courteous manner • Notify Manager or equivalent immediately of any guest, employee, or concerns • Leave all desk and office areas in a clean and in a neat manner • Provide tours of property for potential guest • Walk and inspect property 1st and 2nd floor for cleanliness and guest assistance Essential Skills: • Proficiency with Apple computers, iPhone, and iPad • Ability to read, write, and speak in an efficient manner to understand, interpret information required to interact with guests, staff, and management • Perform a variety of hotel related positions in response to business needs • Ability to manage multiple activities using time management skills to effectively get task accomplished • Ability to make effective judgment and the ability to effectively solve guest and operational needs Experience and Education: • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school diploma • Previous hotel experience preferred but not required Mental and Physical Demands • Indoor and outdoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces and climb stairs.
• Standing for 8 to 10 hour shifts • This position is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
