The roll will be an in-person phone sales and service, working with current clients and quoting new customers.
Leads come from search engines, past customers and more.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of construction and construction equipment is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
