Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1+ year of successful experience in residential, direct solar sales.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, independent and an excellent team-player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Position Details:
• 100% commission-based, 1099 sales position with bonuses and an attractive compensation plan.
• Full-time role with approximately 50% of the time spent knocking on homeowners' doors to self-generate opportunities, and 50% selling solar, conducting in-home consultations.
• Need to knock on doors and cold call to be successful - self generating deals pay you more.
• First-year income expectation of $130,000+ with top earners anticipated to exceed $200,000+ per year.
