Currently, we're seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This role involves interacting with clients to provide information about our services, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The key responsibilities within this role are as followed:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information about timeshare advertising services.
- Assist customers in setting up their advertisements and managing their accounts.
- Resolve issues and handle complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve service offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
The qualifications we'd be looking for:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
