This role involves interacting with clients to provide information about our services, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The key responsibilities within this role are as followed: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information about timeshare advertising services.
- Assist customers in setting up their advertisements and managing their accounts.
