Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with potential clients to promote our lawn care services and generate sales, encompassing leads from our advertising efforts.
As the sole salesperson, this role includes developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating the features, benefits, and pricing of our services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales prospects to support sales efforts.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, serving as the primary driver of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish, as a substantial portion of our customer base is Spanish-speaking.
Proven sales experience is essential.
Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to pass a background and drug screen
