What you will do:
- Receive inbound calls from customers interested in buying various products including, but not limited to, immune defense supplements, skin care, incontinence underwear and hygiene products, bladder control and eye health supplements, intimate wellness and weight loss supplements.
- Use our tried and true scripts to motivate customers to buy products, suggest additional products and special offers.
- Enter customer information into our user-friendly CRM system, complete order forms and process credit card payments.
- Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and training, one-on-one feedback and available tools.
What you will need:
- Internet with a minimum download speed of 200 kb/s.
- Chrome browser.
- Operating Systems: Windows 10, 11 or Apple Mac Monterey (No Chromebooks).
- Wired USB headset.
- Reliable high-speed internet access, connected with an ethernet cable.
***No wifi***.
- A quiet and dedicated home office space without interruptions or noise.
Work Schedules:
- You will be required to work one weekend day, 2 - 3 weekends a month.
Ability to work Sundays is a plus.
- Work schedules range from 8:00am to 10:00pm Eastern time.
- Full time is a maximum of 40 hours per week, part time is a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Job Details:
-W2, permanent position
-Pay is through ADP, twice monthly
-Guaranteed base pay is $12.
00 per hour, plus upsale commission and performance incentives.
-Paid Training is $12.
00 per hour for the first 5 days.
Commission and performance incentives will be added once agents are taking live calls.
-On average, our agents earn $14-$16 per hour, with top earners making even more.
-Criminal background checks are required for employment.
-Inbound Sales Agents must be eligible to work within the United States and their work-from-home location must be in the United States.
