Your Responsibilities:
* Present the benefit of timeshare ownership to pre-qualified prospects
* Be available to work weekends and holidays
Qualification:
* Driver’s License Required.
* Must be able to work weekends and holidays
* Real Estate License is a PLUS!
Hours:
* 7:30am - 2:20pm
TRAINING STARTS February 28th 2024
Compensation Type: Salary or Commission that ranges between 7% - 14% depending on the deal
Salary = $150.
00 per day
The salary pay per day increases the better you sell.
Real Estate License is necessary for Commission pay and it's where the big money is made.
You can start immediately without a Real Estate license, my son did, and he got his license a year later.

However, I do not recommend to wait a year because even though he made respectable money he still missed out on $70,000 in commissions his first year.
In order to earn $2,000 - $3,000+ per week you need to average 1.
4 sales per week.
My son averages 1.
8 and earns more than the above.

Then take a screenshot of that message and text it to me so I have it for my record and can communicate to the hiring manager making sure they received the same.
