Line Cook/Prep Cook

Come join our Broadway Ristorante & Pizzeria team! We have been serving Central Florida for 30+ years! We are looking for creative, diligent and detail-oriented Line/Prep cooks to join our staff in Altamonte.
Responsibilities: *\*Must have restaurant experience* * Learn and execute recipes based on company standards * Follow company safety & sanitation procedures * Set up work stations with all necessary supplies * Prepping food (e.
g.
preparing sauces, chopping vegetables, etc.
) * Collaborate and cooperate with entire kitchen staff * Accurately and efficiently provide timely orders to waitstaff * Stock inventory * Clean work stations * Execute closing procedures Physical requirements for position: * Stand for prolonged periods of time * Safely handle sharp instruments/kitchen tools/utensils * Lift and carry items (up to 50lbs) * Handle cleaning chemicals and products Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.
