Professional Dog Groomer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team.
As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to a variety of animals, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their appearance.

Responsibilities: - Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning for various pets - Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin and recommend appropriate grooming techniques - Handle animals with care and ensure their safety during the grooming process - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grooming area and equipment - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the grooming services - Keep accurate records of each pet's grooming history and any special instructions from the owner Requirements: - Previous experience as a Pet Groomer or Veterinary Technician is preferred - Strong knowledge of different grooming techniques for various breeds of dogs and cats - Ability to handle animals with patience, compassion, and confidence - Proficiency in animal restraint techniques to ensure the safety of both the pet and groomer - Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and address their needs - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time - Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed Benefits: Employees discount on retail supplies 25% If you are passionate about providing quality grooming services to pets and have the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this position.
