*Position Description:*
This position is a *unique opportunity for the right individual *to have a career with experiences in a winery cellar and a production line.
We are looking for individuals that excel in a *fast paced, labor intensive position.

Individuals that work in the winery cellar perform a variety of *physically demanding *tasks including transfers, ingredient additions as well as tank equipment and facility cleaning and maintenance.
The sanitation of our facility is our number 1 priority.
Individuals that work on our bottling line perform a variety of tasks including physically putting materials onto the bottling line, boxing and packaging products, loading full cases of product to pallets, and cleaning and maintaining the bottling equipment.
They are also responsible for morning setup procedures and end of day sanitation processes.
The selected individual will also get the chance to experience our *Harvest/ Crush* activities when the season comes.
This will involve basic winemaking operations, sanitation and clean-up activities.
Qualified individuals are required to read, speak, and follow written and verbal instructions in English; have basic math skills, be able to read a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch; be organized; pay attention to detail; remain focused on safe conduct of duties to protect themselves, co-workers and the public.
The person must be able to work independently, in a loud, physical, fast paced environment that requires being on your feet for majority of a shift, lift 35-55 lbs frequently, and climb stairs/ladder to work platforms 12 feet or more in height.
*Education/Experience* : 1 – 2 years manufacturing/production experience preferred, but not required.
Forklift experience and mechanical aptitude also a plus.
*Additional Requirements:*
* Basic math skills required.

* Flexible schedule: *Able to work a 10hr shift starting at 4:30 am *(if setting up bottling), able to work weekends and holidays as may be required, able to work overtime if needed.
Complete availability during Harvest Season (August- September).
During Harvest staff's schedules change to 3 shifts a day to have 24 hr coverage.
Candidate must be willing to work any of them as may be required.
