LEGUMINATI BOH - The back of house staff is responsible for all back of house food service, including preparation of Leguminati menu items.
The Line Cook fulfills any other duties the store manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents Leguminati in a professional manner.
All team members share in cleaning tasks to ensure the restaurant is in pristine quality.
LEGUMINATI FOH - The front of house staff is responsible for all front of house duties, including guest services, food running, bar operations, money handling, sale of product, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, in line with the ethos of the company and it's customers alike.
The FOH fulfills any other duties the store manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents Leguminati in a professional manner.
BOH Preparation & Production: Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
Prepare food for service.
Operate equipment and cook menu items.
Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
Stock inventory appropriately.
Ensure that food comes out in a high quality and timely fashion.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers alike.
Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.
FOH Preparation & Production: Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
Deliver food to customers in a timely manner.
Operate register and answer all customer inquiries in regards to the menu.
Clean up station.
Stock inventory appropriately.
Ensure that food leaves the kitchen, once prepared, in a high quality and timely fashion.
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with both coworkers and customers.
Verbally receives and calls back customer orders in a friendly manner.
BOH & FOH Environment: Restocks shelves when necessary.
Routinely cleans the bar area, floor, windows, and takes out trash, etc.
Reports potential safety hazards to the manager on duty.
Reports all employee accidents to the manager on duty.
Informs the manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies.
Requirements, Qualifications & Physical Demands: Line cook or similar experience required.
Runs errands, when needed, to pick up supplies and/or product.
May work special events, as needed.
Maintains positive Leguminati morale and professional attitude.
Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms.
Regularly required to lift and/or move items up to 45 pounds.
Must be able to adjust vision to both day and night lighting, and be able to focus on distant and close-range projects.
Regularly required to handle food and hot beverages.
