98 + Tips) *Classification:* Full-Time/Part-Time *Reports to:* Kitchen Manager & Server Manager *Job Description:* The Food Runner is responsible for providing support and facilitating collaboration between the front-of-house team and the kitchen team.
*Essential Job Functions:* - Works collaboratively with the kitchen and server team to ensure efficient service.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Verifies that dishes are complete and delivers them to customers quickly and accurately.
- Assists in providing the appropriate utensils for each dish.
- Assists in cleaning and restocking when necessary.
- Assists with dish and utensil cleaning.
- Complies with established sanitation, personal hygiene, and health standards.
- Adheres to all company standards, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other related tasks as assigned.
*Qualifications:* - High school diploma or GED.
- Preferably experience in high-volume and full-service restaurants.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
*Working Conditions and Physical Demands:* - Ability to navigate all parts of the restaurant quickly.
- May experience prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
