Assures all product packaged and produced at MacroCap Labs facilities are in cGMP compliance through supervision of packaging department personnel.
Works with Supervisors, Management, and Associates to ensure batch completion in a timely manner, proper documentation, proper operation of machinery, and proper cleaning of machinery and manufacturing area.
· Oversight of entire canning operation to include Quality, Sanitation and maintenance
* Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment
* Organize work and training schedules
* Ensure all employees are working safely and following all GMPs for Food Safety
* Assist in the planning, organization, direction and monitoring of all Production Personnel
* Monitor all areas of production for efficiency in up time, minimalization of down time
* Provide guidance and assistance to employees to achieve department standards
* Assist Production Manager with production workflow
* Oversee employee productivity
* Assist Production Manager with employee evaluations
* Assist / cover Production Manager when needed
* Other duties assigned
* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to read, write and solve problems.
* Have good soft skills and team building skills.
* Must have some Manufacturing/Production background.
* Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
* Follow all GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
* Follow all food safety policies, procedures and regulations
* Associates or bachelor’s preferred
