Our customer service starts with the quality of our food and as a Line Cook, you’ll be setting the standards for the enjoyment of our guests.
The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation and presentation of all the items on the menu.
Ensuring that all menu items meet Cowboy Chicken expectations, guaranteeing guest satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities:
Execute cold/hot food preparation by proper guidelines.
Review recipes, assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients according to Cowboy Chicken standards
Adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking equipment, food storage, and work areas.
Complete scheduled cleaning at the direction of CC management.
Works all areas of the back of the house, including prep, plating, and dishwasher.
Assist with food supply inventory.
Ensure smooth operation of food preparation.
Ensure proper presentation of food.
Work with CC team members to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of all orders.
Complete additional tasks at the direction of the General Manager.
Essential skills and experience:
5 years Restaurant experience preferred.
High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
