PART-TIME MONDAY-FRIDAY 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm
Starting Pay: $16.

We are looking for an individual who has previous cleaning, organization skills and maintenance experience, is a self-starter, detail oriented with a helpful, friendly attitude.
Duties Include but not limited to:
· Responsible for general custodial care of the facility and sanitation activities of the warehouse
Daily collection and disposal of all warehouse trash, debris, clean up and ensuring that trashcans are empty and clean
Clean restrooms, refrigerator, break area
Sweeping, mopping, dusting
Clean Office
Replenishes bathroom supplies and materials
Basic maintenance/repair and upkeep of premises interior and exterior including fence
Ensure that all warehouse tools and power tools are clean, maintain and store in assigned area
Develop and handle inventory system for parts, materials and tools
Receiving of incoming packages (parts/materials)
Minimum Qualifications:
Must pass drug screen and background check
Ability to work alone or with a team
Safety Shoes "Composite/Steel Toe" required
High School Diploma/GED
At least 1year of experience in a janitorial/maintenance role
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for up to 7 hours
Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision
Motivated, trustworthy, self-starter and self-directed
Must be reliable and have excellent work ethic; Team player
Excellent verbal communication skills and understanding of job assigned
