HOST DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Keep all menus clean and organized Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival When possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party Update Maître D/Lead Host on table status Run Open Table System Locate guest parties when tables become available Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible Seat guests based on guest preference, guest count in server stations and proper seating of room Have full understanding and comply with all Bottle service procedures Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server’s name.
