Summary:
The Server Fine Dining at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is responsible for providing excellent service in a fine dining restaurant setting They pre-set the restaurant, serve meal courses, maintain side workstations, clear tables during and after each meal, and store equipment properly at the end of each shift The Server Fine Dining ensures a personable and memorable dining experience for guests while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in both front and back of the house
Responsibilities:
- Pre-set the restaurant before meal service, arranging table settings, utensils, and napkins neatly and professionally
- Take guests' orders, serve meal courses promptly, and attend to their needs throughout the dining experience
- Maintain side workstations, ensuring they are organized and stocked with necessary items for smooth service
- Clear tables during and after each meal, removing used dishes, glassware, and cutlery promptly
- Store restaurant equipment at the end of each shift in its designated place, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace
- Courteously handle all guest requests based on Company Standards, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the dining room and service areas, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards
- Perform physical tasks, including extensive walking, bending, lifting up to lbs, cleaning, and handling food throughout the shift
- Stand on their feet for long periods of time to ensure attentive service to guests
- Follow the drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies of the company
- Maintain a personable and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members
