Job Requirements:
Helps department manager to supervise, support, schedule, and assign daily work of associates.
Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints based on Rosen Standards.
Ensure compliance of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Assist in inventory monitoring and control.
This job requires extensive walking, bending, talking, lifting up to 40 lbs.
, stocking the coolers, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and food handling for almost the entire shift.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, or must have at least six months of relevant experience.
Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and the general public.
