We are a Functional Medicine/Primary Care/Acupuncture office located in East Orlando.
We are looking to rent space by the day, week or month and term can be month to month or extended time (3, 6, etc).
Fee will be based upon how often you would be renting and length of term.
Roughly daily: $50-$100 (based upon amount of days), weekly: $200-$300; monthly: $800ish.
We are open to discussing rates.
We have 1800 total sq ft of space available for space sharing inside our medical office.
Ideally, we would like a professional in the health care or personal service industry that would complement our practice (so we can also refer patients to you and vice versa).
This includes: IV services, aesthetics, massage therapist, chiropractor, physical therapy, mental health, home health agency, MMJ doctor, specialist, or other health care company, holistic services, health coaching, nutritionist, etc.
This would make a great satellite location as well.
Most of our visits are now telemedicine, so we are looking to optimize the extra space when we are not using it (we wouldn't be seeing patients at the same time you're there).
Rent includes internet/WiFi, electricity and water.
Cleaning of shared spaces.
Includes use of:
Lobby
Front Desk
Staff Kitchen Area
Bathroom
MA/Triage Area & Office as well as lab area
2 exam rooms (about 150-200 sq ft each)
1 consult room/office (about 125 sqft)
1 large treatment room (exam, massage, Chiro, etc.
