*As a Junior Automation Analyst, you will be expected to:* * Identify and develop innovative solutions for process automation.
* Analyze and document existing business processes, pinpointing areas for improvement and automation.
* Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using industry-leading tools.
* Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights, offering recommendations for process optimization.
* Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure seamless operations.
* Collaborate with team members to continuously refine automation strategies and best practices.
* Document automation workflows, guidelines, and standard operating procedures for effective knowledge sharing.
* Triage incoming support requests and provide backup Tier 1 IT support as needed.
* Maintain disciplined time tracking and management to achieve efficiency goals.
* Pursue continuous learning and certifications to stay abreast of new technologies and processes.
*QUALIFICATIONS:* * High School Diploma or equivalent * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* *Minimum 1 year of stellar customer service experience*, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
* Demonstrated interest, education, or hands-on experience in Computer Science, MIS, and Information Technology, Engineering.
* Understanding of basic operations of computer hardware, software, and networking.
* Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Experience with automation tools, scripting (PowerShell), and/or working with APIs, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
* Knowledge and competency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
* Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in automation projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
* Basic programming knowledge (e.
g.
, Python, Java, VBA or similar languages) for process automation and data analysis.
* Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially in process automation and AI.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
* Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to contribute effectively in a collaborative setting.
* Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.
* Customer-facing capabilities and the ability to work independently.
* Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
* Able to report to the company’s office in Winter Springs, FL when scheduled.
* Wear company-provided shirt onsite.
* Successfully pass pre-employment verification checks.
