Description:
We are looking for a Web Developer and Technology Specialist to join our team.
This is a versatile and exciting role that will require you to use your skills and expertise to update, maintain, and develop our websites, as well as provide technology support to our employees.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain our company websites using a variety of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Work with designers to implement new website features and designs.
Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
Provide technical support to employees on a variety of hardware and software issues over the phone, via email, or in person.
Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
Support all technology, online platforms, and software systems used by our company.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Degree in computer science or a related field
2+ years of experience in web development
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with PHP and MySQL is a plus
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving website issues using a ticketing system
Experience with providing technical support on hardware and software
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferences:
Minimum of one (1) year of software development experience in client/server and web-based deployments
Knowledge of workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus but not required
