We are seeking a talented and experienced Drupal Web Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Drupal development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with Drupal CMS and related technologies.
As a Drupal Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Drupal-based websites and web applications for our clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop custom Drupal modules, themes, and plugins to meet client requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality Drupal solutions on time and within budget.
* Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolution to technical problems.
* Keep abreast of the latest Drupal developments, trends, and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
* Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow their skills and expertise in Drupal development.
* Assist in scoping and estimating new projects, providing technical input and feasibility assessments as needed.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Drupal web development.
* Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
* Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, APIs, and core modules.
* Experience with Drupal 8/9, including site building, configuration, and theming.
* Familiarity with Git version control system and agile development methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Acquia Certified Drupal Developer certification or equivalent.
* Experience with headless Drupal and decoupled architectures.
* Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with other PHP frameworks and content management systems.
* Contribution to the Drupal community through code contributions, module development, or participation in Drupal events.
