GPU Compute Performance Tool Developer

AMD together we advance_ Responsibilities: Responsibilities Develop performance analysis tools involving instrumenting GPU runtime libraries, GPU shader code and performance models; along with defining and reading HW performance counters.
Build infrastructure to automate gathering of performance data and other critical information across a diverse set of application from performance models and silicon.
Coordinate with architects, project managers and leads to build performance dashboards for convenient data analysis and visualization.
Help in creating presentation materials related to GPU performance for executives, senior management and architects.
Participate in development of pre-silicon performance tools and automation infrastructure to support architecture design and performance analysis.
What we would like to see 5+ years managing technical engineers of 5 or more people Experience in parallel computing performance analysis Knowledgeable in GPU architectures, runtimes and programing models Experience in performance tool development, GPU compute runtime API (rocm or CUDA) and dependency graphs Programming experience in scripting languages, C/C++ and parallel programming Strong communication and data organization skills through presentations, excel and document organization/automation.
Must be proficient in English verbal and written communication skills Must have good teamwork and interpersonal skills to work with groups in US, China and India #LI-PH1 Qualifications: At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.
Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role such as either an annual bonus or sales incentive.
