Nature of Work: Performs professional and technical work supporting the HRIS Administrator in developing and implementing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) that address business needs and support all HR functions.
Acts as the backup to the HRIS Administrator.
Ensures data integrity, implements system changes and upgrades, and writes reports.
Participates in the design, maintenance, and improvement of HRIS solutions in Workday.
Manages the completion of necessary testing and documentation.
Work is performed under the general direction of the HRIS Administrator and HR Director, and performance is reviewed through meetings, reports, and results achieved.
Examples of Duties Support the Workday HCM, providing functional administration, end user support, and training; Maintain issues and enhancement list and review weekly; Develop user procedures, guidelines, and training materials including videos built within Workday; Leads initiatives needed to configure, maintain, and resolve issues or defects in a timely and efficient manner with exceptional customer service across the Workday ecosystem overseeing modules that include Absence, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Talent; Coordinate implementation, maintenance, and upgrades to the Information Systems that are utilized to support the administration of human resources activities of the organization; Provide training, guidance, and support to the employees and management in the use of data, programs and systems; maintain documentation of reporting processes and training guides for end users; Enter and review data input, and analyze the quality of the data submitted into the HR Systems for accuracy; Participates in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new functionality or modules.
Understands the importance of change management to facilitate the transition to new technology and processes; Responsible for the successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines; Partners with teams including Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, and others to provide support, and to make recommendations needed to automate, standardize, and scale existing processes; Configures and maintains business processes and notifications where needed; Configures and maintains supervisory and location organization structures in Workday; Supports semi-annual regression testing, and the review and implementation of optional features and upgrades; Participates in other HR related special projects and initiatives as needed; Assists with identifying and developing proposals for the implementation of new programs, program updates, and system interfaces that enhance the management of data and reporting required by the organization in HR administration; Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business/Public Administration required, or related field plus two (2) years of recent professional-level experience in HRIS project management, implementation, and/or maintenance required.
Workday Human Capital Management or similar system experience a plus.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel required.
Valid Florida Driver's License required.
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE FROM ANY STATE MUST BY PRESENTED AT TIME OF INTERVIEW.
VALID FLORIDA DRIVER'S LICENSE MUST BE PRESENTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE.
