This position is for the *Power/Energy *division.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized individual to join the *IT team* as a Mobile Device Administrator, focused on *Apple iOS device* management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for *managing hardware and software for iPhones and iPads *for users working in the office as well as remotely.
This position reports to the Head of Regions and User Engagement, North America in the IT organization and it is in Orlando.
*Responsibilities:*
* Acquire and *configure mobile devices* for deployment.
* Deploy devices and provide training on the usage of these devices.
* *Deploy*, remove, and update applications on these devices.
* Create, deploy, and maintain security and device management policies.
* Create documentation on mobile device-related procedures and workflows.
* Travel to locations within Orlando to deploy, collect, and support.
* Train end users on mobile device technology.
* Responsible for carrier account management, service provisioning, and support of the AP department regarding billing issues resolution.
* Maintain accurate record keeping of assigned and loaner device inventory, create and maintain reports related to them.
* Assist with monthly cost allocations to departments.
* Audit device inventories to ensure carrier record, HR, and MDM conformity.
* Troubleshoot device, connectivity, and application issues.
* Assist end users via telephone, in-person support, and e-mail, with a wide range of questions, problems, and requests with their mobile device needs.

, remote wipe, device lock, revoke licenses, retire.
* Demonstrate customer focus, building strong customer relationships.
* Assists with wireless carrier inquiries, plan changes, service support, etc.
* Monitor, track, and update incidents and trouble calls in the *ticketing system*.
* Recognize high-priority tickets and act within the expected response time.
* Work on other projects or assignments, as needed.
*Qualifications:*
*Education and/or Experience: *
* Bachelor’s degree (B.
A.
) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience managing mobile devices and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience with managing and deploying large amounts of devices remotely.
* *Technical troubleshooting *and hands-on experience with *iOS*.
* In-depth knowledge of mobile device troubleshooting methods.
* Understanding of at least one enterprise-level mobile device management application, Intune preferred.
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Ability to perform end-user training on iOS.
* Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
* Superior customer service, communication, interpersonal (in person and over the phone), planning and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize and work concurrently on a variety of projects and follow through to completion.
* Change-oriented – actively generates process improvements; supports and drives change and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways.
* A highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
