Job Summary:
HR Core Systems and Platforms (HR CSP) seeks to maximize global performance by providing exceptional HR Services and Employee experiences.

The HR CSP team, in partnership with Global HR Operations (GHRO) is responsible for the strategic development of processes, technology, and tools to enable the distribution of information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Walt Disney Company.
Additionally, the team is responsible for providing HR services and workflow through self-service tools.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
HR Technical Integration & Administration
Deliver technical solutions based on business requirements, and consultation with GHRO Partners, using various ServiceNow functional components
Complete Peer Reviews for team members to ensure best practices and functional validity
Configure ServiceNow Core HR functions including but not limited to Access Controls, Record Producers, Employee Center, Flows, etc on a shared Enterprise Platform
Rotational On-Call participation; Work closely with the Business Technology Platform Team to ensure Service Interruptions and outages are efficiently managed and service is expeditiously restored.
Includes application, platform, and Integrations.
Monitor application support queues and participate in all Service Restoration
Coordinate HR Enhancements with Workforce Technology; Includes defining requirements, integration support, testing
Education
Minimum :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred:
BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Software Engineering
Experience/Skills:
Minimum:
5 years of HR Systems support or related experience.
Knowledge of Agile and SDLC principles
Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS)
Positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
Strong organizational skills, communication skills (written & verbal), team team-oriented mentality
Understanding of ServiceNow software and or HR Case Management tools
Preferred:
ServiceNow system administration or development
Workday/SAP ERP knowledge
Experience with Front-End Web Development, Mobile Application Development
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Web Service Integrations
