Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Lead development teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as Scrum and Agile
Will help to assist with the design of new products and new features to existing products.
Analyze and propose target state architecture, completing AoAs (Analysis of Alternatives) for architectural designs as well as different technologies to achieve proposed designs, working on an embedded team with developers, testers, and business owners to elaborate on requirements, and documenting solution designs.
Design, develop and modify software systems and custom components using modern dev stack
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers
Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
Develop and execute test procedures for software components
Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
Experience working within an Agile Project Methodology
10+yearsoffull stack software development on web and client/server solutions
10+ years of experience with Java, Angular, ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript, HTML
Experience developing web applications utilizing Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), XML, or Web Services at an enterpriselevel
Experience with Java Spring Framework, Systems Engineering, Web Services (RESTful API's, JSON), JMS, SOAP, Technical Documentation (MS Word/Visio/PowerPoint)
10+ years of experience working with J2EE Framework components such as Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Logging mechanism (ex.
Log4J), Transaction Management and Thread Management
Experience writing SQL/Functions/Procedures in transactional database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
Deep understanding of developing Web-services, HTML UI, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with Eclipse IDE
Experience with performing code reviews and recommending automated review tools
Must live in or be able to relocate to Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% over the year.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
