Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
Sales Excellence & Service Excellence | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities
Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video
Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Responsible for performing testing and evaluation of software to ensure its compliance with the rules and regulations set under section 508
Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks.
Creation and maintenance of Test Cases for each user story or defect or issue or incident.
Provide test reports for established periodic project tracking meetings and on adhoc basis.
Support Software Quality Assurance process and procedures to build a high-quality application.
Test application compliance with requirements and identify gaps.
Deliver Enterprise Lifecycle documentation as needed per the project schedule.
Follow industry best practices for identifying and validating web based and desktop applications on appropriate web browsers, OS (Windows, Linux, OS, MacOS)
Qualifications Required
3+ years' experience in Test Process Management, Test Design, & Test Planning
3+ years' experience in Test Execution
Experience with web and mobile app Accessibility testing against industry standards such as Section 508 of the ADA
Experience with Job Access With Speech Reader (JAWS)
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
This may include overnight travel.
Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
Preferred
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
