Requirements:
* At least 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
* A minimum of 1+ years of experience in consulting and/or in the industry.
* At least 2 end to end Oracle Cloud implementation.
* Expertise in 3 or more of the following Oracle Cloud technical areas - Oracle Integrations Cloud, HCM Inbound and Outbound Integrations, HR and Payroll Conversion, Payroll and OTL Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports
* Experience in HR processes, having worked on at least one project in the HR process domain in a technical capacity in any of the following modules is preferred - Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Management and Time and Labor
* Experience in performance tuning, testing, and diagnosis of Integrations and/or Payroll balances conversion .
* Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
This may include overnight travel.
* Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
* Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
* Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
* Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
