Provides clerical, administrative and tactical support to all project team members to include: organizes and maintains project records, files, and correspondence; copies project documentation as requested; coordinates meeting schedules.
Assists with document control activities.
Serves as a liaison between human resources and project team members by supporting the new hire process and processing required paperwork.
Assists with craft hiring, making sure all walk-in application are reviewed documented for interviews or logged for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
Prepares and schedules office activities such as travel arrangements, business meetings and appointments.
Works with project management team to resolve issues that arise with projects or clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
5 years of related experience.
Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
