As a paid intern with Comtech, you will:

Position Summary
Analyzes requirements, develops technical specifications, and create documentation for custom circuits and/or systems.
Coordinate with Mechanical Engineers to meet packaging requirements.
Develop integration plans and test procedures for board-level and/or system-level performance verification testing.
Completes obsolescence and supply chain shortage research and part replacement selection.
Independent research, test, and data analysis tasks with Senior Engineer guidance
Create technical manuals detailing equipment operation.
SKILLS DESIRED:
Circuit design, modeling, and analysis
Basic understanding of Radio Frequency theory
Familiarity with lab test equipment – Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, Signal Generators, Waveguide & Coaxial components, etc.
Proficient in using Altium
MS Office Suite
Programming (Software and/or Embedded FW)

Education and Experience
Education/Experience: must complete freshman year of college
Language Skills
