While this position offers some work from home flexibiliy, you will need to go to our customer site at least 2-3 times a week in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications (cloud and/or in-house).
Serve as technical expert on development projects.
Mentor more junior developers and apply technical knowledge to guide team members on solutions.
Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
Maintain knowledge of agile methodology, development processes, and programming languages.
Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
Education/Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields.
Must be a U.
S.
Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD clearance.
4+ years of object-oriented software design and development experience supporting new applications.
Programming experience with Python (Procs scripts for processing and alerting) and Golang (custom drivers needed as microservices) and/or C, C++, C#, .
NET.
Scripting experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
Experience using CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins for system orchestration.
Experience using JUnit or TestNG testing frameworks.
Experience working with data stores/databases.
Experience developing software in an agile environment.
Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred:
Experience supporting the U.
S.
Dept.
of Defense
Front end experience with HTML, JS, Angular, or CSS.
