As a UX/UI Designer in our Hybrid-Operate business, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience, share ideas, and collaborate with leading professionals as we engage a diverse set of industries with effective solutions.
Work you'll do As a UX/UI Designer , you will assist with the design, development, and implementation of accessible, user-friendly sites and programs .
Ideal candidates will have a solution-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate as a team with technical and product leaders while also contributing independently.
Candidates must be passionate about technology, demonstrate strong troubleshooting and research facilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Day to day job responsibilities may include : Team with product managers, designers, engineers, quality assurance engineers and clients to identify the best experience that meets user, business, and technical needs Design clear and accessible User Interface s Escalate issues and risks in a timely manner Conduct research and analyze users' digital interactions Creat e user flows, wireframes, and prototypes by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Incorporat e customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience A successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
They will possess excellent verbal/written communication skills and will be eager to integrate into a new team/organization.

Technical Knowledge and Experience Required : Master's or bachelor's degree in Design , Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer Design, build and maintain reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code K nowledge of HTML5 and web frameworks and best practices Familiarity with CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS Experience in creating designs, from concept through prototyping, with modern programs or technologies such as, but not limited to Figma , Axure, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Marvel, and Principle Experience in planning and facilitating user research activities and usability tests Ability to iterate through conceptual ideas and effectively communicate conceptualizations using sketches, storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, data visualizations Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred : Experience in designing modern UI dashboards and reports Familiarity or experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and working in Agile environments For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado, and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $68,871 to $134,250.
