Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Software Developer Engineer as a member of the Engineering Team of Operations Section supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) Range Modernization (NCRC-RM) Task Order.
This facility supports the Test Resource Management Center’s (TRMC) mission to provide realistic cybersecurity environments for test and evaluation of major DoD acquisition programs and to enable the conduct of realistic training and certification events for the DoD Cyber Mission Force.
The NCRC facility may also support non‐DoD customers such as Department of Homeland Security (DHS), industry, academia and international partners.
The candidate develops novel software solutions to common problems supporting the Information Environment and Range Event and Operations sections.
Software solutions may focus on process automation and improvement, May be required to write supporting recommendations and develop novel solutions improving test and range operations using and best practices.
Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
Serves as subject matter specialist providing software development know‐how.
The ideal candidate will have: Experience with all aspects of the software development life cycle for AWS solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
Knowledge of various software programming languages and environments including: Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, NoSQL, C, C+, C#, Rust, Perl, Go, Ruby on Rails.
Demonstrated problem‐solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and solve issues before they affect business productivity.

01M / IAT‐I certification within 6 months of assignment to position (A+ CE, CCNA Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP) #RM2 Required Education, Experience, & Skills 8+ Years with HS; 6+ Years with AA; 4+ Years with BS; 2+ Years with MS; 0+ Years with PhD Candidates with Armed Forces, college courses or Associate Degree, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $66700 - $113400 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
