THE ROLE: Senior Business Process Analyst Job Summary: As a Senior Business Process Analyst with Presidio, you will analyze, design, and optimize business processes across various functions and systems.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, document current and future states, identify gaps and opportunities and recommend solutions that align with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
You will also facilitate process improvement initiatives, monitor process performance, and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Travel Requirements: This role will be remote within the Continental US and does not require any travel.
Job Requirements: Conduct business process analysis and mapping using various tools and techniques, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, observations, data analysis, etc.
Document and validate current and future state processes, workflows, roles, and responsibilities, using standard methodologies and templates.
Identify and prioritize process gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and propose feasible and effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and project managers to design, implement, and monitor process changes and enhancements.
Develop and maintain process documentation, such as process maps, diagrams, charts, manuals, guides, policies, procedures, etc.
Collaborate with our Instructional Design team to develop and delivery training and support to process owners and users on process-related topics and tools.
Measure and report on process performance, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a process management framework and governance structure.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in business process management and improvement.
Required Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, design, and improvement, preferably in a digital services and solutions environment.
Proficient in using process mapping and modeling tools, such as Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN, etc.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in using data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Experience with ITSM such as ServiceNow Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and frameworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
Additional Desired Skills: Certification in business process management, improvement, or analysis is a plus.
