Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Project Coordinator will be a shared resource assisting the Project Managers and Engineering Teams throughout the life cycle of integration projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate projects for audio, video, lighting, projection and LED design and integration projects
Interface with the Purchasing Team to make sure equipment gets ordered and delivered properly
Coordinate and process change requests for engineering and manufacturing documents and processes
Interface with Operations to help ensure the successful execution of our projects

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in project development and project coordination
Experience with audio and video systems
Knowledge of general engineering practices
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Must be proficient in Microsoft - Word, Excel, Project, Teams and Cisco Webex, Bluebeam would be a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Work directly with the project team to assist in maintaining the project scope, timelines, reports, and materials as needed.
Maintain accurate project information and specifications
Prioritize and assist multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
Develop documentation for new design and integration projects
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including personnel in Engineering, Fabrication, Installation, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, Training, and Finance
Act as technical coordinator for workshop and installation staff to deploy systems optimally for a wide range of applications
Think creatively to advance technology to find new ways of solving problems
Assist in training efforts
Coordinate and manage engineering and fabrication change requests for documentation and processes
