Responsibilities • Work in an Agile environment as part of a full design and development team, participating in scrum ceremonies, interacting with, and supporting our customer.
• Support the development team in deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications.
• Deploy new CI/CD workflows and improve the scope of existing ones.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for containerization and DevSecOps and provide relevant advice to team members and customers.
• Must be able to respond to incidents and alerts towards a rational resolution.
• Analyze and resolve issues in the development and production environments; support of environment/platform leads is expected.
• Thoroughly document and maintain records of processes, configurations, and system changes as set forth by customer and/or process directives.
• Resolve performance bottlenecks in the infrastructure and applications; will be working with the leads of the internally developed applications as well as technical support member for COTS products.
