The Work As a Process Integration Engineer on our F-35 Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) team, you will: • Work with a team to manage F35 program instance of IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) tool suite, specifically leading/managing the integration of legacy F-35 training devices processes into ELM workflows along with streamlining and reducing the duplication of current processes.
Utilize Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) to develop functional, architectural, and detailed designs.
• Identify targets for process consolidation across ELM and legacy products, including but not limited to Configuration Management/Data Management/Release Management.
• Create and maintaining process documentation to support consolidations and end user training to ease transition.
• Create and maintain onboarding and training curriculum for Change Configuration Management (CCM) and Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) to build bench strength.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 2 years of professional experience • Demonstrated small team performance across the engineering life cycle using Agile practices.
