Mobile Device Administrator, focused on Apple iOS device management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing hardware and software to iPhones and iPads to users working in the office as well as remote.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.

) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience managing mobile devices and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with managing and deploying large amounts of devices remotely.
• Technical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with iOS.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile device troubleshooting methods.
• Understanding of at least one enterprise-level mobile device management application, Intune preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to perform end user training on iOS.
• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.
