Job Description: To design software requirements matched to business needs.
To conduct integration systems testing, systems and business process documentation and systems training.
To provide customer assistance on application functionality.
To contribute expertise to software design and business process re-engineering.
Assist in the requirements gathering and configuration establishment for licensed, vendor-packaged business software systems, as applicable.
Support, maintain and/or administer implemented business system solutions, as deemed necessary.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.
Two (2) years business systems experience which includes system requirements, systems help desk, systems training, web development, business process design or technical documentation.
Must be able to analyze business operations and develop automated solutions.
Must possess strong human relations and communications skills, planning and organizing abilities.
Will be expected to collaborate with system users and technical developers.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Considered a Plus: Oracle EBS knowledge Project Management SQL PowerBI Cash Application experience Order to Cash knowledge Process Engineering Domicile/Work Location(s): This position may be in Collierville, TN, Orlando, FL, Lakeland, FL, or Harrison, AR.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based upon business needs.
