Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Four (4) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Job Specific Information: Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) vision is to create transparent customer authentication with best-in-class platforms that enable passwordless capabilities and allow us to grow relationships with buyers & sellers.

The candidate is expected to: Design, develop, and implement enterprise scale solutions to support the organization’s business strategy and goals Review requirements and data models and translate into responsible applications and architecture Conduct design and code reviews with extended team to ensure that code meets FedEx Enterprise Foundational Services standards Lead the team to deliver reliable and high-quality software Take ownership of projects and deliver on time Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus Strong experience working with Java/J2EE background and APIs Experience working with Angular and Spring framework Experience working with modern software development methodologies (SAFe, Agile) Good ability to troubleshoot and debug programs Familiarity with CIAM and ForgeRock/Ping Experience working with Databases, Cloud technology, and CI/CD pipeline Good communication skills Experience in test automation using Junit, Karma, and other testing frameworks Work Location(s)/Domicile: This position may be in Collierville, Tennesse; Plano, Texas or Orlando, Florida.
