11, 2024 Program: Strategic Product Support - Innovation and Demonstration Center Description:What We're Doing As part of the Innovation Demonstration Center (IDC) team you will work with a multidisciplined team to demonstrate, operate, and maintain flight, land, and sustainment training demonstration systems.
In the IDC's fast-paced environment, you will draw on your education & experiences to solve unique and sometimes complex problems in showcasing our TLS products and IRADs to customers, stakeholders, and all visiting the IDC.
The Work As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will: • Be responsible for the SW, HW, SW-HW integration and test of demonstration simulation systems and help maintain IDC infrastructure.
• Apply your past experiences to assist with the development of new solutions, maintain existing solutions, and enhance training demonstration technologies and applications to achieve IDC mission objectives.
• Be expected to assist with SW development tasks as needed.
• Be expected to perform genuine hands-on product tasks, provide recommendations, and apply appropriate SW/SE methodologies to a diverse set of development environments.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree • Experience with Agile development methodologies • HW/SW Integration experience, including Mx/Ar / Vr devices.
• Posses basic IT, networking, and computation system administration skills • Experience with integration and test of Unreal and/ or Unity based applications to real world hardware.
• Technical Skills to include in C/C++, and or C#, Unity and/ or Unreal, Java script • Experienced preferred with microcontroller/ HW simulation control integration, powershell, linux, windows.
Desired Skills: • Experience with Lockheed Martin Prepar3D Development and integration.
• Customer focused, proactively builds and aligns our stakeholders, capabilities, and resources for getting tasks done within cost/ schedule constraints and achieving objectives.
• Working knowledge of Agile development in Atlassian tool suite.
• Be organized, creative, driven - a self-starter.
• be willing to travel, ability to obtain a passport.
• Integration experience with Android, iOS, MacOS, PC, UWP, Hololens, HTC Vive, and Varjo.
• Contributes to providing solutions to a wide range of problems, special projects, technology demonstrators, and other projects assigned enabling the IDC team to meet our objectives and strategy goals in an imaginative, cost effective, practical-easy to operate and maintain manner.
• Ability to speak comfortably in public, lead technology focused tours, and have frequent communication with stakeholders, internal & external customers.
• An ability to apply best engineering practices and processes, within an engineering team operating outside of standard program processes, to support design, integration, test, and documentation.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and dynamic schedules - Nights, weekend, and off Friday's may be required.
• Recent experience working on TLS-IRADs preferred.
