CAD drawing person

Looking for someone with AUTOCAD or some other program that can input simple designs for flatwork layouts.
Need to compute square footages, linear footages and areas.
Also if possible be able to make simple color renderings based on the layouts ansd areas that we provide.

Must be proficient in Cad design ansd have experience in Cad or some other same type software.
