Class A CDL Driver

*Position Overview* This career involves working outdoors and providing customer service to deliver the product to Clients.

Our company operates 7 days a week to provide service to our customers during difficult times so overtime is available including some evenings, weekends and holidays.

*Essential Job Functions* * Maintain a log book to record miles covered and hours traveled * Inspect assigned vehicle regularly to identify and repair minor faults, and to report major mechanical breakdown to Plant Manager * Loading and unloading of goods or equipment to be transported * Ensure safe transportation and delivery of freight to designated locations * Report any accident or damage incurred in the course of transporting the freight to the Plant Manager immediately *Candidates will possess the following attributes and skills:* * CDL Class "A" license, with air brakes, required * Must have a clean driving record and a DOT medical card * Must be able to pass new hire drug test and random drug screens * Must be able to lift 75+ lbs * Occasional weekend, holidays and overtime * Must be able to read maps and understand directions *What we provide* * Career advancement.
