Shift Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Candidates Must Have:
· At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders
· 1 year experience of related laboratory/facility is preferred
· Some experience with warehouse equipment such as a forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack
· Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
· Data entry skills and some proficiency with MS Excel is a plus
· *Valid Driver's License and good driving record*

Duties:
· Picks up and delivers medical specimens and packages for a laboratory, ensuring timely, safe, and accurate delivery
· Responsible for driving, maintenance and care of a vehicle when picking up small volume supplies
· Load and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips
· Receive and process stock into the inventory management system
· Maintain inventory control and scheduled cycle counts according to company standards
· Track status on incoming and outbound shipments as needed
· Pick and pack orders for shipment
· Assist the Support Services department to coordinate work to be completed by contractors and skilled trades by calling and emailing involved parties
· Tracks facilities service requests such as troubleshooting AC, some electrical and plumbing issues, and ensures requests to landlord and/or contractors are completed within established timelines and quality standards
· Maintains a safe and effective working environment
· Deliver supplies to local storage facilities, clients and lab when needed
· Other duties as assigned
*Physical Demands:* This position will require ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
